Coach Profile for Elias Nelsen

My coaching philosophy is simple: possession, high pressing, and intelligent decision-making. I want my team to win the ball back high up the pitch and quickly move it toward the opponent’s goal. When we have the ball, I want us to keep possession and control the game. When the opponent makes a mistake, I want my players to recognize the opportunity and take advantage of it. Most importantly, I teach my players to think for themselves on the pitch. I want them to understand the game, make their own decisions, and have the confidence to solve problems during the game.
