The Service Provider plan is free during early access. You won't be charged without plenty of warning first.

Everything in the Service Provider plan, for a page more than one person runs. Give colleagues their own sign-in with the access you choose, employ coaches on seats you fund, and share the bookings out between them. Large coaching teams are better off on a licence, so talk to us first.

Hundreds or thousands of coaches on one agreement, invoiced rather than charged per seat, with a licensed coach count agreed up front. Universities, governing bodies and federations usually start here.
Coaches you employ
The Organisation plan is a base, plus the coaches on your team.
Representatives who help you run the page are free. You only pay for coaches, and the rate falls as you employ more. Each coach is priced in the band they fall into, so taking on a sixth never changes what you pay for the first five.

Coaches are added to your subscription when they accept, and removed when you end their access. Invitations nobody accepts cost nothing.
