The cost of being hard to book
Being good isn't enough if you're hard to book.
Athletes and parents book the coach they can find, reach, and pay in a couple of taps. Make that you.
The business side, sorted
Take bookings, run events, get paid.
Everything runs inside the platform, so you can drop the WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and text chains.

Payments
Transparent pricing, direct payouts.
You set the rates. Clients pay through Stripe at the time of booking. The money lands in your account, minus 3% and Stripe's processing fee.
- You set the price
- Price each service and event yourself. Charge what you charge - we don't take a cut beyond 3%.
- Clients pay online
- Booking and payment happen in one step on Stripe. No invoices, no chasing.
- Direct to your account
- Funds settle into your Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. Nothing sits in between and there are no hidden charges.
Two ways to sell
One business, or a page with a team.
Both plans sell the same way. The difference is how many people need to get in, and whether the work gets shared out when it arrives.
Service Provider plan
You are the business.
You list your own services and events, take the payments, and do the work yourself. The business gets its own page alongside your coaching profile.
- Sell services and events
- Take payments through Stripe
- A business page of your own
Organisation plan
A page more than one person runs.
Everything in the Service Provider plan, for a page with a team behind it. Colleagues sign in with the access you choose, and the work gets shared out between them.
- Sign-ins for colleagues
- Coaches on seats you fund
- Bookings allocated between them
Clubs, venues & organisations
More than one person? That is the Organisation plan.
A club, a venue, a college or university department, or a coaching business with staff. The page gets a permanent URL that athletes, clubs and schools can find and book from, and everybody who helps run it gets their own way in.
- Sign-ins for colleagues
- Each person gets only the access you choose.
- Coaches on seats you fund
- Employ coaches without them paying for a plan.
- Work shared out
- Allocate each booking to whoever is running it.
- Facilities on show
- Pitches, courts, halls, and studios listed.
- Bookable events
- Camps and clinics with capacity and discounts.
- Reviews & posts
- Verified feedback, and updates published from the page.
Large coaching teams are usually better off on a licence, which is invoiced rather than bought here.

How it works in practice
Four sellers, four setups.
The same tools, arranged around who does the work and who gets paid for it.
- An S&C coach working alone
- She sells six-week blocks and a monthly screening clinic, and runs every session herself.
- 1 List the block and the clinic with your own pricing, sports and age groups.
- 2 Athletes find the page, book, and pay without a single back-and-forth message.
- 3 Payouts land in her own Stripe account, less the 3% fee.
- A coaching business with four coaches
- The business wins the work, then decides which of its coaches runs it.
- 1 Each coach is invited to the business page and signs in with only the access they are given.
- 2 A booking arrives on the business, not on one coach's personal profile.
- 3 It is allocated to whoever is running the session. They see their own work, and none of the figures.
- A club selling its own camps
- The club sells a holiday camp and staffs it from its own coaching team.
- 1 Publish the camp on the club page, with capacity, age groups and sibling discounts.
- 2 Parents book and pay the club, and the register fills itself in.
- 3 Put your coaches on the roster, on seats the club funds, and they get the schedule.
- A university putting students on real sessions
- The college or university sells its own camps and staffs them with the students on its sports courses.
- 1 The department publishes the camp on its page and funds seats for the students coaching it.
- 2 Each session is allocated to the student taking it: a real register, a real schedule, and real parents to answer to.
- 3 Those students keep their own coach profile alongside it, with their own sports, qualifications and reviews.
- 4 That profile is theirs rather than the department's, so it leaves with them at graduation with the record already on it.
A student selling sessions of their own moves onto the Service Provider plan. A department running coaches at any scale is usually a licence rather than a subscription. Talk to us
