I'm a rugby S&C coach and founder of Built With Irons. I'm Head of S&C at Ultimate Rugby Sevens and Head Coach at Medicals RFC. I coach at Newcastle School for Boys too.

I programme as a coach and train as an athlete, and I'm working towards UKSCA accreditation with a Level 3 PT qualification.

My mission is simple: give club and amateur players the position-specific S&C support the pros take for granted. Closing the gap between elite and grassroots, to get the best support and advice to get fitter, faster and stronger, so players can dominate on the pitch for 80 minutes.
