As YDP Head Coach at Community Football Club India, I led the Boys U15 team from 3rd to 1st place in YPL Division 1 and supported the club's AIFF 3-Star Academy accreditation. I have developed players who progressed to Mumbai District representation and the ISL club Mumbai City FC Academy. At Global Premier Soccer in the USA, I oversaw operations for 22 teams and 360+ players as Regional Director of Coaching.
I am currently a Lead Coach at Fulham FC Foundation's Player Development Centre and coach with Skills Coach Ltd in London. My technical skills include video analysis using NACSport, Longomatch, and Wyscout, along with data visualisation in Power BI and Tableau. I am passionate about mentorship and continuous professional development.
