Soccer (Football)
Progress over awards is my goal (especially with young players) and chemistry over individual for every age. Very much into possession through passing. Building from the back is a key concept I implement in all my teams I've coached. I'm very defensive minded bc I feel everyone (even strikers) need to know how to play defense against an opponent. I've won a couple season end tournaments with several teams and runners-up as well. I've had great seasons and I've had bad seasons, but every season every team showed progress.
