Coach Profile for Jeff Hough

I work to build a complete athlete working on the fundamentals of form and strength. I include the mental aspect into training so the athlete can compete at their highest level. Overall I want the athlete to succeed and enjoy the experience getting there Each plan will be based on the athletes individual needs. The first session will go thru goal planning and discuss what the athlete wants to accomplish. There will be a dynamic warm up, drills, a work out, cool down and stretching . Typically video form analysis will be done on the first session and different drills as well strengthening and stretching exercises will be discussed. Your first session may last for more than the hour. Then the rest of the weeks runs will be planned.
