I work as a coach-mentor to strengthen player confidence, mindset and motivation, helping cricketers translate potential into performance. This involves identifying areas for development, building tailored plans to sharpen strengths and address weaknesses, and taking a solutions-focused approach to turn goals into results. In cricket, I've worked with a number of young, talented players on personal development plans, building both technical growth areas and on-pitch mentality. This has included a player within a county cricket academy structure, and another now heading overseas to play in Australia.
