During this time, I was approached to step up to the women’s section however, after spending a season there I decided it wasn’t for me and that the negativity in women’s football had to change. That’s when I joined another tier 5 club. On my debut game, I scored the winning goal as well as scoring from the oppositions kick off by tackling the first pass and running through their defence line. I spent a season here but something still didn’t feel right.
I knew a change needed to be made in the women’s game and that is still my aim to this day. Women’s football has come alive in the past 2 years due to the lionesses being the champions of Europe. My thesis is, and always will be, create the environment that you want to be in. From that day on, I swore to give every woman and girl a safe space where they can develop, grow, and enjoy their football.
Fast forward to today, I have now been the manager of my own team for 4 seasons running and being the youngest female coach in my region, starting at just 17 years old as well as gaining promotion in my first season managing.
This season, my aims are to succeed again and target every player as individuals so that they can develop as a team.

Soccer (Football)
I have played at a semi professional level of women’s football (tier 5 and 4) as well as leading my own coaching business for young adults with the focus being on their own areas of improvement based on my analysis of their game play along with their input and feedback. I am also head coach/manager of a women’s football team (tier 7) and are building the team from ground up. I have analysed and reviewed every factor of the players involved and created a macrocycle with key aims and a focus to set us up for the season ahead; incorporating macro and micro-cycles which focus on the individual players at different stages. My aim for the team is to gain the promotion we deserve and keep building season after season to be competing in tier 6 and 5.
