Subscriptions

A subscription is required for your coach profile to be visible on Pitch Gurus. Your subscription gives you access to all coaching features including profile visibility, messaging, article publishing, and analytics.

Subscription Plans

Coach subscriptions are available on two billing cycles:

• Monthly: Billed each month
• Yearly: Billed annually at a discounted rate

Both plans include the same features. The yearly plan offers savings compared to paying monthly.

Managing Your Subscription

Go to Profile > Billing to view your current subscription status, change your plan, or update billing details.

From this page you can:

• View your current plan and next billing date
• Switch between monthly and yearly billing
• Update your payment method
• Cancel your subscription

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel, you can do so from the billing page. When you cancel:

• Your profile will remain active until the end of your current billing period (grace period)
• After the grace period ends, your profile will no longer appear in search results
• Your data and content will be preserved, so you can reactivate at any time

To reactivate, simply return to the billing page and choose a plan.

Changing Your Account Type

If you registered as a coach but want to switch to a service provider account (or vice versa), you can change your plan from the Plans & Billing page. This will adjust your subscription and unlock the features available to your new account type.
