Payment Methods

Your payment methods are used for subscription billing and credit purchases. You can add, update, or remove cards from your billing settings at any time.

Adding a Payment Method

1. Go to Profile > Billing
2. Click Add Payment Method
3. Enter your card details
4. Click Save

The card will be saved securely through Stripe. Pitch Gurus does not store your card details directly.

Updating Your Default Card

If you have multiple cards on file, you can set which one is used for automatic subscription payments. Go to Profile > Billing, find the card you want to use as your default, and select Set as Default.

Removing a Card

To remove a card, go to Profile > Billing, find the card, and click Remove. Note that you must always have at least one valid payment method on file while your subscription is active.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on Pitch Gurus servers. For any payment-related issues, contact our support team.
