Account Registration

Welcome to Pitch Gurus! This guide walks you through creating your service provider account. The registration process takes just a few minutes, and once complete you can start building your profile, creating services, and listing events.

Creating Your Account

1. Visit the Pitch Gurus homepage and click Sign Up in the top navigation
2. Select Service Provider as your account type
3. Choose whether you are registering as a Company or an Individual/Sole Trader
4. Fill out your personal details including your name, profile picture, and location
5. Complete the payment step with our secure payment provider to activate your subscription
6. Set a password for your account on the confirmation page

If you sign up using Google or another social login, the password step is skipped and you can log in using your social account directly.

Account Types

When registering you'll be asked to choose your account type. As a service provider, you get access to the full range of marketplace features:

• Service Provider: For sports professionals offering services such as performance analysis, physiotherapy, sports psychology, nutrition, strength and conditioning, or any complementary sports service. Service providers can create services with pricing, list events, manage bookings, and receive payments through the platform.
• Coach: For individual sports coaches focused on one-to-one or group training. See the Coach Help Centre for dedicated guidance.
• Explorer: For athletes, parents, and anyone looking to find and connect with providers. Explorer accounts are free.

Company vs Individual

Service providers can register as either:

• Company: For businesses, organisations, or partnerships
• Individual/Sole Trader: For solo practitioners operating under their own name

This choice affects how your profile is presented and may influence tax registration requirements.

Email Verification

After registering, Pitch Gurus sends a verification email to your address. We recommend verifying your email to keep your account secure. Click the Verify Email Address button in the email to confirm. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it expires, you can request a fresh one.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder
• Make sure you entered your email address correctly during registration
• Use the Resend verification email option to get a new one
• Add noreply@pitchgurus.com to your contacts

Social Login

You can also sign up or log in using your Google account for convenience.

Signing In

You can sign in at any time using the Log In link in the top navigation. Enter your email and password, or use your social login. If you forget your password, use the Forgot password? link to reset it via email.
