Uploading Your Photo

1. Go to Profile > Personal Details
2. Click on your current profile picture or the upload area
3. Select an image file from your device
4. Use the crop tool to adjust the framing
5. Click Save

Photo Guidelines

Do:

• Use a clear, well-lit headshot or professional photo
• Choose a recent photo that accurately represents how you look
• Ensure the background is clean and not distracting
• Smile naturally. Approachability matters

Don't:

• Use blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images
• Use group photos where it is unclear which person is you
• Use logos or text-based images as your profile picture
• Use photos that are several years old

• The crop tool will help you frame the image, so landscape or portrait photos both work
• Your uploaded image will be converted and optimised automatically
