Moving to the Organisation Plan

You can pick the Organisation Plan when you register, or move onto it later from an account you already have.

If you are registering now

Choose it at the account type step. Registration then runs as it does for any paid plan, and you arrive with the organisation screens already available.

If you already have an account

Go to Account > Plans & Billing and change your plan, or use the upgrade page from anywhere in the app that offers it. Both routes show you what the change costs before it goes through.

The Organisation Plan replaces your Service Provider plan rather than sitting alongside it. It is priced to include everything that plan does, so you're never paying for both at once.

If you are claiming a business page

The plan is offered on the claim route too. A club arriving to claim its page is the most common way onto this plan, so you will not be funnelled towards Service Provider and left to work out later that you needed something else.

Claiming works the same either way. The Organisation Plan gives you the same selling capability a Service Provider has, so your claim, your ownership and your public page are unaffected by which of the two you're on.

What changes on your account

  • Members appears under your organisation in the sidebar
  • You can invite representatives and employ coaches
  • Allocation becomes available on your services and events

What does not change: your public page, your services, your events, your bookings, your policies and your payouts all carry on exactly as before. Nothing is migrated and nothing is withdrawn.

What happens if you move back down

The Members screen disappears rather than turning read-only, and its pages stop existing for your organisation. Nothing is deleted: your memberships, your roster and your allocations are all still there if you return.

Your employed coaches do lose the capability you were funding, because you've stopped funding it. See If Payment Stops for exactly what that means for them.
