Plan & Pricing
The Organisation Plan has two parts on one bill:
- A base fee for the organisation, charged monthly or yearly
- A per-coach rate for each coach you employ on a funded seat
Representatives are free. Somebody who administrates your page, writes your posts or runs your booking desk costs you nothing, however many of them you add. Only a coach takes a seat, because a seat is what buys them the Service Provider tools.
For the current figures in your currency, see Pricing. The shape below does not change.
The per-coach rate falls as you grow
Seats are charged on a sliding scale with three bands:
| Coaches | Rate |
|---|---|
| 1 to 5 | Highest |
| 6 to 15 | Lower |
| 16 and up | Lowest |
The bands are graduated, which means each coach is charged at the rate for the band they fall in, not all of them at the rate for your total. Ten coaches is five at the first rate plus five at the second, never ten at the second. Your effective cost per coach therefore sits a little above the headline band rate until you're well into it.
The plan cards on the pricing page show worked examples at a few team sizes, with the totals calculated the same way your invoice is.
When the bill moves
Your seat count follows your roster, and it moves at two moments only:
- A coach accepts an invitation. The seat is added then, not when you send the invitation. An invitation that is declined, withdrawn or left to expire costs you nothing.
- You remove a coach. The seat comes off straight away, not at the end of their 14-day grace window. You're not billed for someone you've let go.
The invite dialog quotes what accepting would do to your bill before you send it, so the figure never moves without you having seen it.
Coaches who already pay for themselves
A coach who holds their own Service Provider plan still takes a seat when you employ them, and you are still charged for it.
The seat is not a second copy of their plan. It's the employment relationship: your organisation becomes the merchant on the work they do for you, and it's what makes them allocatable to your bookings and nameable on your events. None of that exists without the seat, whatever they pay for privately.
Licences for larger teams
Universities, governing bodies and anyone bringing a large roster are usually better served by a licence: a negotiated agreement for an agreed number of coaches, invoiced off-platform instead of charged through Stripe.
A licensed organisation gets the Organisation Plan in full, with no Stripe subscription and no per-seat charge appearing anywhere. If that sounds like you, talk to us before you subscribe rather than after.
