What the Organisation Plan Is

Most businesses on Pitch Gurus are one person. They sell under their own name, answer their own enquiries, and the account and the person are the same thing.

A club, a university, an academy or an agency is not shaped like that. Several people run the page, and the coaches who deliver the work are not the person paying the bill. The Organisation Plan is for that shape.

It gives you everything in the Service Provider plan, plus two things a single-person account has no use for:

  • Representatives. Colleagues get their own sign-in and their own access, chosen by you. Nobody shares a password, and when somebody leaves you remove their access rather than changing the login.
  • Employed coaches. You fund a seat for a coach, and they get the Service Provider tools through your organisation instead of buying a plan themselves. You can then share bookings out between them and name them on your events.

Who it is for

The plan earns its money when more than one person is involved. In practice that means:

  • Clubs and academies with coaches on the books
  • Schools, colleges and universities running sport across several teams
  • Venues with a front desk that handles bookings
  • Agencies and coaching businesses with staff

If you coach alone and sell under your own name, the Service Provider plan already does everything you need. You don't need this one, and you can move up later without losing anything.

What it does not change

Your public page, your services, your events, your bookings and your payouts all work exactly as they do on the Service Provider plan. The Organisation Plan does not change how you trade. It changes who else can help you do it.

What it costs

A base fee for the organisation, plus a per-coach rate for each coach you employ. The per-coach rate falls as your team grows. See Plan & Pricing for how the two parts add up, and Pricing for the current figures in your currency.

Large teams are usually better off on a licence, which is a negotiated agreement invoiced off-platform rather than charged through Stripe. If you are bringing more than a handful of coaches, talk to us before you subscribe.
